Items being returned must be in the original condition which includes
- All tags and labels must be kept on. No tags removed or cut off.
- No stains from makeup or heavy scents of smoke or perfume.
- In its original packaging
If the item is not in the above condition I have the right to refuse your request. I will notify you when your item has been returned and when you can expect your store credit.
If there is an error with your order (missing an item or you were sent something you did not order) or an item is damaged, please contact me at DBODYbyDiana@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. I will replace unworn or unused defective or damaged items with the originally ordered item with proof of damage. If I am not made aware of any damaged items or errors within 3 days, all sales are final.
If there is an error with your order at the fault of D BODY, and the incorrect item is sent, the incorrect item will be replaced with the correct item originally ordered, or a refund upon receipt of the incorrect item. Incorrect items must be sent back to D BODY within 5 business days of me issuing a return shipping label. If the item it not returned within 5 business days, all sales are final. I am not made aware of any damaged items or errors within 3 days, all sales are final.
